NLP in trial practice - sounds interesting.  I can see where it would be beneficial when it comes to your mindset as well as in prepping your clients and witnesses.  I would be curious how you use these techniques with the jury w/out crossing the &quot;put yourself in the victim&#039;s shoes&quot; rule.  (Not sure if that rule applies in your jx).</description>
